St. Georges Day parade - 27th April 2008

It's that time of year again :-), all members are expected to attend in full uniform. The Parade will assemble at the old Guildhall Car Park, Gainsborough at 2.30pm (opposite Lidl).

The Service is at 3 pm at All Saints Parish Church, Gainsborough. Parents are welcome to attend the service and should be invited. They will be seated after the youngsters. A collection will be taken during th service, and then the parade dismissed at approximatly 4.15pm.

Poacher 2008 - Lincolnshire International Camp

From Saturday 26th July – Saturday 2nd August 1st Willingham Scout Group will be attending Poacher 2008 at the Lincolnshire Showground.Activities on site include:

Climbing and abseiling
Blackhole
Mountain Biking
Bungee Trampolining
Roller Disco
Go Karting
Aswell as plenty of off site activities such as gliding and canoeing, crafts and local visits to places of interest.

As part of the Poacher camp our Explorer and Network section will be running the Backwoods skills event throughout the week.
